What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater Teacher position at SunnyVale Childcare Center, LLC?
We're looking for a qualified individual to fill our position as an Floater Teacher. Our school is in need of a candidate who can assist the Lead Teacher in curriculum implementation and classroom management. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date on current teaching methods, applying new teaching techniques and maintaining a positive, healthy student body and classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher with implementing curriculum.
- Interact and engage directly with children
- Maintains a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Help students learn new concepts.
- Be understanding and caring.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Must have at least one (1) year experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Preferred: CPR and First Aid certification.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
