Summary:
The position of Associate Analyst – Wholesale Accounting performs a variety of regular and recurring site analysis, including, but not limited to importing information, manual entry, determining the impact of information that is not provided, determining why the information is missing and be able to plan for how to obtain or compensate for the information that is missing or incorrect.
Provides accounting knowledge to enter transactions, generate reports, gather financial information and perform analysis based on specific tasks.
- Research and complete all non-billed orders within the accounting system.
- Complete credit and rebills in a timely manner.
- Maintain reoccurring charges and non-inventory billings.
- Assist Wholesale billing specialists with pricing and billing.
- Back up for distributor and Gainesville billing.
- Assist and back up the AR team where needed.
- Other various duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate PC skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- Resourceful – Versatile and flexible in responding to business priorities.
- Analytical Skills – Read and understand financial and other business reports; draw conclusions from decision- making.

- Some working knowledge of an accounting program.
- Some Billing/Accounts Receivable/General Ledger experience is preferred.

- Usually, normal office working conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
