Key Responsibilities :

Nurturing lead sources through strategic outreach and communication
Organizing engaging marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story and showcase our community's unique features
Developing creative tactics to convert leads into residents and maximize occupancy rates
Training new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

Requirements :

Proven sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality, or related healthcare environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities

Passion for seniors and excellent customer service skills, with a focus on nurturing relationships and providing exceptional care

Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and some evenings as necessary
