Greeter – Toyota Chula VistaJob Summary:Toyota Chula Vista is looking to hire an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to work in the sales department. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with our customers by responding to inquiries and documenting different actions. The Greeter will be responsible for greeting all sales customers and controlling the flow of vehicles in and out of the sales department.Responsibilities:- Greet every Guest to the Dealership with a warm welcome, provide hospitality and determine the nature of their visit- Monitor the new and used car lot to manage the traffic and ensure every guest is being assisted- Document every customer visit as either a Walk-in, Be-Back or Appointment- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.- Hands out brochures and other information to customers.- Answers basic customer inquiries.
