SUNSET/GRAND is currently interviewing for an Assistant Food Service Manager/Sous Chef at our Libertyville location.
This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen creating outstanding recipes for discerning customers. This is not your typical grocery store delicatessen.
Requirements include: Excellent supervisory and communication skills, professional culinary training or equivalent work experience, ability to assist in new product development and menu costing, experience in ordering, inventory maintenance and shrink control, superior food knowledge, extraordinary customer service skills and a passion for food. Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in the food service or restaurant field is also required.
