We are professional, agile and our goal is to Sunshine Enterprise USA is proud to represent a leading player in the asphalt and concrete construction industry in Central Florida seeking skilled Construction General Laborers with successful and progressive experience in performing various manual tasks associated with construction operations..
Requirements / Qualifications :
- To be eligible for consideration, all applicants must possess a valid Driver's License.
- 2 to 3 years of Construction Operations experience, Sod work (Landscaping) experience will be beneficial.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of the procedures to use the tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
- Must have good vision, stamina, hand-eye coordination, and ability to estimate size and dimensions.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Able to work outdoors in dusty or dirty areas.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftmanship.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
- Adaptive to different personalities and management styles
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Dedicated and hardworking
