Job Title: Sales Associate and Office Clerk
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Hot Tub Sale and Service Maintenance Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hot tub service and maintenance packages to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a good understanding of hot tub mechanics, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base for hot tub service and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our service and maintenance offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, detailing the scope of services, pricing, and terms.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the service and maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in hot tub technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as home maintenance services or consumer goods.
- Knowledge of hot tub mechanics and maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues, plus ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
