Daycare & Preschool Director | Charleston
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Preschool Director for our center on NAD Road.

Salary range: $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials. Quarterly bonus potential.
Daycare Director Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
- Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
- Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
- Work closely with the Regional Director and corporate supports to balance high quality and financial stability.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience managing a childcare center- 1 year required.
- Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
