Pay rate of $13-18 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Child Care Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Complete ongoing state and company training to help equip you to create a safe and engaging environment- we pay for the courses and your time.
- 6 months of experience working in childcare preferred.
- ECD 101 or related coursework preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain state background check.
