What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at SunStop?
The store associate provides excellent customer service to all customers through fast and courteous service. This position is responsible for receiving and disbursing money for goods sold in the store. The Customer Service Associate will use a cash register, scanner, card machine and other related equipment while on the job. A CSA will perform the following duties:
- Provide Outrageous Customer Service
- Greet all customers
- Operate cash register
- Stock product
- Help keep the store clean
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
Must have a friendly, positive, energetic, and happy personality
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS.
