What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Tint Installer position at SunStoppers Midland?
- NOW HIRING! Sun Stoppers of Midland is looking to add an installer to our team. We specialize in automotive window film, architectural window film, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and paint correction. This position is for the Midland,Tx location.
- Requirements - Window film or PPF experience is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation is required, as well as a valid drivers license. Must be able to work all day on your feet, as well as getting in and out of cars, using ladders/step ladders on occasion. This job is not hard labor, but it is constant movement/reaching/stretching/bending etc. Applicant must be reliable, trustworthy, and show up to work on time.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a big plus!
- Must be available to work half days on Saturday. Customer service skills are required. Applicant must be at least 18 years old. Benefits - Climate controlled work environment year round. Busy, but laid back work environment. All tools, equipment, and shirts provided. Applicant will be paid to receive professional training.
- Compensation - Starting pay for installers with NO experience is $600-850 a week , plus additional commissions. Overtime is offered every week. Pay rate will be reviewed after 90 days. Compensation for applicants with prior window film/ppf experience may vary. Experienced applicants may choose between an hourly wage, or commission based pay, which will be determined based on experience level. Pay frequency is every friday.
