General Pediatrician for Lactation Services

Job Summary:

Assists in providing medical care to patients as well as performing clinical functions and tasks related to patient care operations in locations such as the FBC, ED and Golisano as well as IP mothers.

Participate in breastfeeding medicine with a combined 24/7/365 coverage for urgent breastfeeding-related clinical questions at Upstate that come in through our 4-MILK line.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current New York State medical license; Board certified in Pediatrics. Ideally the physician would be boarded in Pediatrics as well as Lactation medicine. Experience in an academic medical center. Must
have NPI and be eligible to participate with Medicare and Medicaid
programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Work Days:

Mon and Wed 8 hours; Friday 4 hours
