Job Summary: This is a versatile position within the Department of Surgery. Responsibilities include administrative support to the Vascular Surgery staff, answering phones and relaying messages both via outlook and EPIC, and checking patients in and out. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a medical office environment and knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, EPIC and Medical terminology preferred. HIPAA, authorizations and referrals processing is beneficial.
Work Days:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
