We are seeking a dedicated part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team at Super 8 Hotels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing guest needs effectively.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred but not necessary - we train!
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
