Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Replenish amenities such as drinking glasses, soaps, and tissues
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge for operating cleaning equipment
- Basic understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to read schematics for equipment operation
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests effectively
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices
- Basic electrical knowledge for handling equipment safely
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with guests and team members
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards efficiently
