We’re looking for the right person to be a Front Desk Agent! This position works a combination of days and evenings. Primary responsibilities are to check-in guests, handle their requests, and take reservations. The evening swing Front Desk Agent checks guests in and out, provides for special requests, takes reservations by phone, and performs other tasks as needed. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
