Product Support Representative
Super Bright LEDs is a leading provider of cutting-edge LED lighting solutions. We are committed to delivering energy-efficient and sustainable lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are currently seeking a Product Support Representative to join our call center team. This position serves as the first line of contact for customers experiencing electronic issues with any of our LED products and provides website navigational support to our valued customers. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills along with experience in electrical, lighting, or LEDs.
This is a full-time position located in Earth City, Missouri with working hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Local candidates from the Saint Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only, please.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and troubleshoot inbound customer calls, chats, and email inquiries regarding electronic and product issues.
- Diagnose customer issues through a process of elimination by asking probing questions.
- Provide technical support for a wide range of products and customer applications.
- Offer easily understood answers adapted to the customers' situation.
- Document issues appropriately based on existing guidelines.
- Make product recommendations to provide solutions for customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Customer service background with a passion for assisting others.
- Understanding of electronics and lighting concepts.
- Experience communicating with customers both verbally and in written form.
- Attention to detail, dependability, concern for others, and customer focus.
- Computer knowledge and typing skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce sites and the ability to navigate them.
- LED, lighting, or electrical experience strongly preferred.
