- Pay includes hourly base and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
- No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays

The Specifics:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
- Proficient computer skills
