What’s In It For You?
- Top Performers earn an average of $65,000
- Pay includes base salary and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
- No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.
- General Managers are awarded 3 Flex Days per month
- Time off with pay includes vacation, holidays, your birthday, sick and personal time

- Level Headed - Ability to de-escalate and maintain personal composure when confronted with a difficult situation
- Wise yet Humble - Shares ideas and concepts and while learning new ones! Coachable when approached with areas of opportunity
- Team Player - Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Effective communicator- Ability to speak and write with confidence, professionalism and competence for a wide variety of audiences, including management
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of successful operations or leadership experience
- A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
- Proficient computer skills
