Location: Superior Auto Repair & Tires – College Park, MD
Full-time | In-Shop Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Front Desk Representative (female preferred) who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. If you have experience in the automotive industry or are eager to learn, we offer training and growth opportunities in a modern and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and follow-ups
- Create repair orders and explain services clearly to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors for updates
- Manage front desk appearance, cleanliness, and customer flow
- Promote services, offers, and customer loyalty programs
- Help manage online booking systems and social media replies (basic)

- Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a huge plus)
- Confident, well-spoken, and organized
- Comfortable using computers and booking systems
- Positive personality with sales & communication skills
