What you will do:
- Provide backup and support to the commercial team
- Make “I got this!” part of your vocabulary when responding to member inquiries
- Prepare loan docs and files like a boss
- Track and monitor all information related to loan files
- Cross-sell other SCCU services like there’s no tomorrow
- Other duties and special projects as required. You are a yes-person, willing to help wherever needed
