**Job Summary:**
To coordinate appointments for technicians at scheduled service calls to maximize work flow and be the main contact between the company, technician, and customer. To focus on achieving call and revenue goals while routing best tech to appropriate opportunity. Deliever exceptional customer service reflective of our Core Values.
**Duties:**
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain dispatch board.
- Ensure timely arrival of technicians to service locations
- Prioritize calls based on opportunity, customer and/or operational need
-Debrief with technicians
- Monitor field technicians' progress and provide support as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and technician arrival times
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers
- Report any service issues to the Service Manager to ensure customer satisifaction
- Address all concerns, questions or problems from customers and technicians
- Participate in Company Training Courses
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- HVAC knowledge preferred
- Experience in dispatching preferred
- Proficiency in Computer skills
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
