What YOU will do:
- Options for this position are to work second shift Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays and Sundays
- Service calls, maintenance calls, system diagnostics, and system repairs on HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service and communication abilities
- Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
- Proper documentation of all service and maintenance calls
- Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
What YOU will bring:
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HVAC service experience (required)
- Rhode Island Journeyman Refrigeration License (preferred)
- HVAC license or equivalent field experience
- Experience with oil systems and geothermal systems (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Rhode Island Pipefitter and/or Refrigeration License (required)
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
