Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Satellite Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, and troubleshooting of satellite systems. The Satellite Installer will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and provide excellent service to our customers.
Duties
- Install satellite dishes and related equipment at customer locations.
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal installation locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to satellite connectivity.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Experience
- No Experience Needed (Will train if needed)
- Proficiency in using hand tools for installation tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently in various environments while adhering to safety protocols.
