We have an opportunity for a Facilities Assistant. We are seeking an individual who can perform facilities maintenance work and also work within an office environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least a High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience that includes facilities, warehousing, inventory control, clerical duties, record keeping or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
The Court will pay for the following certification to be obtained within six months of hire: Cal-OSHA Asbestos O&M Initial 16-hour course (OSHA class 3).
This recruitment will fill a current vacancy located in the Desert Region (Palm Springs, Indio, and Blythe), in addition to establishing a hiring list for future vacancies countywide.
