Superior Drilling LLC is a small water well drilling business based in Morristown, AZ. We drill water wells all over Maricopa and Yavapai counties. We are looking for a full time water well driller to help us expand our company.
Our work environment includes:
- Primarily working outdoors
- Working around/with commerical machinery and heavy equipment.
- Employees must be willing and able to work in sometimes physically taxing conditons.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team. The Driller will be responsible for operating drilling rigs and associated equipment to assist in drilling water wells. Experience with horizontal drilling and mechanical knowledge is preferred.
**Duties:**
- Operate drilling rigs to bore holes for building foundations, pilings, and utility installations
- Perform horizontal drilling as needed
- Build and maintain drilling equipment
- Operate forklifts and tankers as required
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Adhere to OSHA regulations for safety compliance
- Possess commercial driving skills for transportation of equipment
- Operate heavy equipment for drilling operations
- Assist with pipeline construction projects
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in drilling operations, preferably with horizontal drilling expertise
- Proficiency in operating a rig and associated heavy equipment
-CDL required
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is beneficial
- Ability to operate forklifts, tankers, and other relevant machinery
- Capability to work in physically demanding environments
