Our client, a well-established California-based labor and employment firm, is seeking to hire a fully remote Mid-Senior Attorney (3 years) with civil court litigation experience. Employment law experience is preferred but not required, depending on other strengths.The position requires an experienced attorney who has hands-on experience with litigation (discovery, depositions, motion and hearing practice), can effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and can hit the ground running with a docket. Full trial experience is not required.This is a terrific and unique opportunity to take a hands-on role at a plaintiff’s firm with an established track record, a solid support team/structure and existing business already in place. Attorneys are not expected to bring in new clients.
