What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Operations Specialist position at Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola LLC?
Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across Florida looking to fulfill the Operations Specialist position. This is a full-time position. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.
Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured processes and complete required training. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Pay starts at $14 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- Receive inbound calls from customers
- Provide support to customers and handle all inquiries
- Perform data entry as needed
- Process all new sales contracts
- Contact customers to confirm appointments for fence quotes and fence installations
- Prepare and file permits with various municipalities
- Submit utility locales via irthnet website
- Assist operations personnel as needed
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- REQUIRED: 1 Year of prior office software experience with Google’s G Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in verbal and written communications
- Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
