Local state-of-the-art glass fabrication facility is looking for a highly motivated, production manager to join our team. We are the only glass tempering fabrication facility in the area and serve the FL/AL/MS/LA Gulf Coast. Thankfully, we've been growing and have a steady stream of business.
At Superior Glass, we manufacture heavy glass showers, tabletops, glass railings and window insulated glass units.
We are a family-owned business with 50 employee and treat everyone with the utmost respect. We realize that the strength of our company only comes from the strength of our employees and team as a whole. We are looking for a production manager that adopts this kind of culture and approach. PRODUCTION MANAGER DESCRIPTION:
- Ensuring our production is on time and ahead of schedule
- Prioritizing tasks such as backorders and remakes
- Managing the production team and process
- Determining quality control standards
- Organizing the immediate repair and routine maintenance
- Ordering, and purchasing materials
- Communicating with Office at all times with issues and statuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
