As a Lead Manager (SDR) at Superior Home Buyers, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate industry. Compensation:$100,000 OTE
Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact with homeowners
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts
- Building and managing a growing portfolio of investors
- Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
- Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
