Customer Service Representative/Call Center - Part-Time

Shifts Available: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday & Every Other Saturday

At Superior Notary Services we are a leading nationwide mobile notary service looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Scheduler. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, and we need someone who shares our passion for excellence and attention to detail.

Job Description:

We are seeking a quick learner with excellent people skills to assist with scheduling duties. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

• Performing general office duties.
• Managing inbound and outbound communication with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Scheduling contractors to perform assignments in their area.
• Maintaining heavy contact with customers and vendors, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Negotiating fees with vendors and contractors.
• Performing quality control checks and following up on previous assignments.

• Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the ability to work with dual screens and toggle between multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask effectively, including inputting data or researching information while on the phone with a caller.
• Demonstrated ability to provide customer service with accuracy and professionalism.
