Work Week: Monday – Friday Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Additional overtime may be required. Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Retirement plan Eligible to start with up to 15 days of PTO. 9 Paid Holidays Eligible for insurance after 30 days of employment Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Key Roles · Understand and apply department’s core processes to document and communicate project status · Gain familiarity with product lines within each value stream · Maintain and optimize existing products and processes to satisfy requirements provided by internal and external customers · Support engineering activities involving design of new and existing products and processes · Create designs, modeling and drawings and perform tolerance analysis · Assist internal departments or projects in support of strategic goals and customer requests · Establish solutions and communicate to stakeholders to serve the customer · Continuously identify ways to improve processes and problem solve in a disciplined way · Required Competencies · Values Company’s Core values and ideal behaviors · Team focused, committed to improving and motivated to learn and grow · Proficient in Solidworks 3D design software · Ability to work independently and on a team · Excellent communication skills, both oral and written · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Aptitude for problem-solving and improving equipment; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
