As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be a critical part of ensuring our teams operate efficiently, professionally, and safely while delivering exceptional service to our customers. 💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks and oversee crew routing and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines
• Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, resolving issues professionally
• Mentor and train field employees and oversee sub-contractor crews
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience supervising crews in a construction or related field
• Knowledge of aerial and underground cable/fiber construction practices
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and MVR check
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  
  

Expectations:

• Be in the field 80% of the time, working in all weather conditions
• Available for occasional on-call duties and some weekends
• Resolve customer issues politely and professionally
  
  

💰 Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000/year
