Project Clerk

Seeking a Project Clerk for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a growing engineering company in Philadelphia, PA.

Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm which can be flexible. During the summer months is a 4-day work week (4-10 hours Mon -Thur)

Pay: $22-25/H based on experience.

Job Responsibilities for Project Clerk:

• Document control:
• Filing and retrieving project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, permits, correspondence)
• Maintaining electronic and paper document databases
• Tracking document revisions and ensuring proper distribution
• Managing document control procedures to comply with project standards
• Project communication:
• Coordinating communication between project team members, contractors, consultants, and clients
• Managing incoming and outgoing project correspondence
• Data entry and reporting
• Updating project management with progress updates
• Creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines
• Generating project reports on status, budget, and milestones
• Administrative tasks
• Processing invoices and purchase orders
• Maintaining project budget tracking spreadsheets
• Coordinating logistics for project meetings and site visits
• Assisting with permit applications and regulatory compliance
  
  

Qualifications for Project Clerk:

• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and project phases
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with various coordinators
• High level of accuracy in data entry and document management
