Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality IT solutions to clients. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.


Core Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive project plans that outline stages, timelines, and resource requirements.

· Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

· Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Own budgeting and billing true-up as part of project closure.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

· Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.

· Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and support IT solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

· Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

· A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/business field. Multiple years of relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of a Degree.

· 4 years of experience in project management leadership and facilitation.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

· Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: 

o IT Services

o Manufacturing

o Healthcare 

· Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Wrike).

· Proficiency in workflow mapping and calendar scheduling tools.

· Understanding fundamental business principles, including revenue, cost, billing, scheduling, resource allocations, and client relationships.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
