Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The General Manager position is responsible for providing uncompromised excellence at all times.
- Focused on great food quality, Guest Service, and taking great care of our Team Members.
- The General Manager demonstrates a consistent track record of positive business results.
- Upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their management team and team members.
- Responsible for formulating plans to meet sales and profitability targets, deploy new initiatives and develop their team.
- Role Model of the Brand and executes the core values and company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
- Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
- Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills.
- Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
