JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Solutions Architect this person will drive change across our teams and help us scale our SBL solutions. The individual in this role will be expected to lead multiple projects and orchestrate changes across projects and teams. As a Senior Solutions Architect you are also expected to be a technical leader, sharing your knowledge, consulting with engineers across the company.
This is a hands on role that has a mix of general project management responsibilities, but also has a strong technical background to roll up their sleeves and complete to design solutions and complete integrations for new features for our legacy partners.

\n- Work closely with our clients to develop solutions regarding integrations, data migrations, and other custom deployments
- Create and manage scope of work and detailed project plans for integrations and custom work including timelines and effort estimates
- Act as the point of contact for offshore team
- Conduct weekly check-ins and ensure work is delivered within estimated timelines and meets quality standards
- Work closely with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions to ensure custom solutions align with our standard product offering
- Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and support to technical support teams
- Identify new product features during trials and integrations and draft business cases and feature requests for review by the development and engineering teams
- Work across multiple teams in the organization to ensure alignment and execution of key projects
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in software consulting, and/or other customer facing role consulting on, delivering technical products or services
- Able to work through ambiguous situations using logic and a high degree of communication
- Can take complex problems and break them down into simpler pieces
- Able to rally teams to project completion using diplomacy, empathy and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with web architecture , design, web and database development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures such as Java
- Financial Services or Securities Base Lending knowledge is a huge plus
