As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrations, and checkout
- Maintaining store appearance and organization
- Meeting daily/weekly sales goals and targets
- Tracking inventory and restocking merchandise as needed
The ideal candidate for the Sales Associate will have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, marketing, or communication field
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
