What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations with pet owners (phone/video).
• Provide medical advice, treatment plans, and wellness guidance.
• Collaborate with in-clinic teams when cases require escalation.
• Maintain accurate digital medical records.
• Contribute feedback to improve clinical workflows and client experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified DVM.
• Active, unrestricted New York State veterinary license.
• Minimum 2 years of small animal clinical experience.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Quiet, private workspace and reliable internet.
