Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Handle phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Manage guest requests, including room assignments, special requests, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Utilize hotel management software to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless operations
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform other duties as required, including cleaning and maintaining the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems
- Multilingual skills are an asset
- Experience in resort or hospitality management is an advantage
