Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring effective communication between customers, warehouse supervisors, and internal teams. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate billing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations between various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Product and Inventory Management:
- Set up and maintain a product list to catalog inventory.
- Organize and set up customer information for billing.

Customer Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Communicate with customers and warehouse supervisors to resolve issues, answer questions, and follow up as needed.
- Research and resolve any customer inquiries related to inventory or shipment issues.

Invoicing and Billing:
- Set up and maintain billing schedules for customers.
- Run reports to verify invoiced amounts and ensure accuracy.
- Invoice customers in a timely manner based on agreed schedules.

Data Entry and Accuracy:
- Check and verify data entered by Clerks related to the accounts you are managing to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that all information is up to date and in line with company standards.

Schedule Monitoring:
- Monitor and maintain customer schedules per building to ensure proper tracking of deliveries and shipments.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use software tools like ACCUPLUS and TMW.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Experience with invoicing, billing, and inventory management is a plus.
