Responsibilities:
As the Product Specialist/Salesperson your main responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about our products and effectively answering customer inquiries.
- Identifying potential customers and providing a warm greeting both at the dealership and on the lot.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Proactively contacting new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to foster lasting relationships.
- Highlighting product features and explaining how they address customer needs.
- Obtaining and maintaining all Ford Sales Certifications.
