We are seeking a part-time, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative/Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position will act as a liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, checking the vehicle and customer in for service, assessing their automotive service needs, providing maintenance recommendations, and checking-out customers. The position does not require previous automotive service knowledge or automotive experience. Outgoing personality, friendliness, ability to multi-task and ability to learn and follow a strict process will be the hiring requirements.


**Key Responsibilities**: 

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, determining their automotive service needs.

- Listen attentively to customer concerns, asking probing questions to understand the vehicle’s issues.

- Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services, costs, and timelines.

- Create detailed repair orders, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Process customer payments.

- Maintain a clean and organized service department area, including managing customer waiting areas.

- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately


**Qualifications**: 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high levels of satisfaction.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to learn various software programs to efficiently perform the job requirements

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
