Overview
Susquehanna is looking for Software Engineer to join our Market Data and Signals team. In this role you will develop and enhance low latency and high frequency market data exchange connectivity applications by designing, implementing, and delivering complex software systems that meet the business needs.
The successful candidate should have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex applications that meet demanding performance and scalability goals in a trading environment.

What we’re looking for:
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline
- A minimum of two ( 2) years’ experience designing and developing applications using object-oriented programming using C on Linux, as well as proficiency in Python
- An expert level C /Linux developer with knowledge of - design, profiling, performance tuning, OO, generic programming, STL, boost, sockets, multi-threading and IPC
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimization/latency reduction methodologies
- Knowledge of financial products, exchange connectivity, and market data
- Experience as a technical project lead or team lead, driving multiple concurrent projects from analysis to production
