Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the HR department.
• Identifying staffing needs, posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to hire qualified employees
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR management.
• Payroll Management ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Overseeing workers' compensation, safety programs, and liability coverage to minimize risks.
• Organizing training sessions for skill development and compliance purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements within the HR function.

Job Type: Part-time
