Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the HR department.
- Identifying staffing needs, posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to hire qualified employees
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR management.
- Payroll Management ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Overseeing workers' compensation, safety programs, and liability coverage to minimize risks.
- Organizing training sessions for skill development and compliance purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and reporting purposes.
- Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements within the HR function.
