In This Role, You’ll Bring:
- Seamlessly coordinate with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by taking accurate orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
- Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and modifications to provide informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Handle payments accurately using POS systems, manage checks, and process cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service to meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal to respond promptly to guest needs, including refills, special requests, and issue resolution.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, supporting other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff as needed to meet peak-time demands.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow within the role and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ideally bring 1 years of experience in a high-volume, guest-focused dining environment.
- Bring a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences every shift.
