We are looking for an Investor Relations Coordinator to support our client, providing day-to-day support to their Investor Relations team in a dynamic and collaborative environment at their headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

The investor relations coordinator will be an integral part of my client's mission, communicating externally with financial analysts and investors, as well as internally with colleagues in finance, legal, marketing, communications, and the executive staff.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining the Investor Relations calendar, including scheduling investor/analyst calls, earnings conference calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and other events.
- Coordinating logistics for the annual investor day, annual shareholder meeting and investor meetings hosted virtually or at our corporate headquarters.
- Maintaining the database of institutional investor and financial analyst interactions.
- Managing the Investor Relations inbox, including handling routine shareholder inquiries and using discretion to direct to other members of the team, as needed.
- Coordinating logistics for non-deal roadshows and investor conferences.
- Setting up the Earnings Webcasts and Conference Calls.
- Keeping the Investor Relations website up to date.
- Managing purchase orders and vendor relationships.
- Having interactions and visibility with our senior executive staff, including the C-suite.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in Investor Relations or as an EA on the buy-side/sell-side.
- Ability to thrive in a multifaceted work environment, often on multiple projects across different functional groups.
- Strong planning, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to perform in a team environment and be highly responsive.
