Supervisor (Client Accounting Services)

As an Accounting Supervisor for our Client Accounting Services team, about 30% of your time will be spent guiding and developing our talented team. You'll assign work based on strengths (because everyone has a superpower), provide training and feedback that actually helps, and make sure performance reviews are meaningful—not just a checkbox. You’ll also tackle accounting challenges alongside our In-Charge professionals and lead team projects that keep things running smoothly.

About 60% of your role will focus on client work. You’ll take the reins on engagements, planning and coordinating projects with managers and principals to ensure deadlines are met (without last-minute fire drills). From reviewing financial statements to discussing accounting matters with clients, you'll be their trusted go-to person. You’ll also assist with billing and, of course, uphold the highest standards of confidentiality—because gaining and keeping our client’s trust is one of the biggest parts of the job.

We're looking for someone with at least four years of experience in public accounting or industry, strong leadership skills, and a knack for communication. A CPA license is a plus, but if you’re a rockstar without it, we still want to hear from you. Bonus points if you can explain complex accounting concepts without making people’s eyes glaze over.
