Commercial Property Manager

SVN Palmetto is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of multiple commercial property portfolios. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and strong tenant relationships across a diverse range of assets.

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of service, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent collection, lease enforcement, and compliance
• Prepare, manage, and track property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance property value

• Provide leadership and oversight for vendors and third-party service providers
• Collaborate with ownership, brokerage, and accounting teams to align property strategy and performance

• Valid Commercial Real Estate license required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple property portfolios
• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong understanding of commercial lease administration and tenant relations
• Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
