Primary Job ResponsibilitiesProperty Management- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of service, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent collection, lease enforcement, and compliance
- Prepare, manage, and track property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance property value
- Provide leadership and oversight for vendors and third-party service providers
- Collaborate with ownership, brokerage, and accounting teams to align property strategy and performance
