Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine property inspections alongside management
Communicate with vendors to request bids, follow up on existing jobs, coordinate access to properties, etc.
Complete maintenance requests from tenants
Respond to emergency situations following building protocols during or after-hours
Perform preventative maintenance tasks including but not limited to exterior / interior lighting checks, roof inspections, drain cleanouts, plumbing checks, filter changes, etc.
Manage maintenance operations for assigned properties and be able to speak to the condition of assigned properties
Ability to lift and move 100lbs by applying proper body mechanics
Collaborate with and make recommendations to property managers to resolve maintenance issues
Purchase and track supplies using a purchase order system
Document all work completed on work orders via a mobile phone app
Act as the face of the company with tenants, vendors, and the public
